Reporting General Managers: Operations, Human Resources, Customers / Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Audit. Achieved: Full corporatisation package at frontline of GBE reform. Development of strategies and commercial frameworks for customers, financials, IR, plus programs to lift ACTEW and workforce efficiency in an economic downturn.
