213.20150818_143955Onward on our Middle Walk. Pass through the paddock gate into Long Run to see a fallen New England Peppermint tree. It has lain for years whitening in the sun.

Bush Telegraph, a land art installation, is a reminder of the hit and miss nature of power and telecommunications in the Australian bush. I have used a mix of materials to represent both the vital strength and operational shakiness of key bush services.
